Bridget Maximonis

Bridget Maximonis has been working professionally for over 14 years with experience in operations, process and event management, process improvements, client relations, and directing the entire grant lifecycle from pre-award through post-award. She has helped organizations secure over $6 million in grant funding and has been a member of the Grant Professionals Association and National Grants Management Association.

She has a keen eye for streamlining processes to make them more efficient, ensuring consistency across projects, leading teams to successful outcomes, and is known for her organizational skills. She is driven by her desire to have her work make a difference in the lives of others. She looks forward to working with the allied executive solutions team to help clients meet their grant management goals.

Bridget holds a BA in History from DeSales University and an MA in Public History from the University at Albany, SUNY. She is married to her husband, Will, and mom to her son, Joseph. When not working, Bridget enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
