Elona Deprez, MA

With more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, development, and leadership, Elona Deprez has made it her mission to help organizations thrive—especially those working to make life better for underserved communities.

Elona’s career has been shaped by her time with respected institutions like Philadelphia University, Rowan University, Cabrini University, ETS, and Henry J. Austin Health Center. Over the years, she’s built a reputation for turning research and strategy into results that actually move the needle: smarter campaigns, stronger community connections, and millions in funding for the work that matters most.

She’s a self-proclaimed data nerd who believes every strategy should be driven by solid insights, not hunches. And while she loves seeing revenue climb, building high-performing teams is what gets her out of bed each morning. Her empathetic leadership and genuine love of mentoring have helped countless professionals grow, learn, and lead with confidence. Seeing people level up and own their potential? Nothing beats it.

Elona holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communication from Millersville University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Rider University. Not done yet, she’s currently pursuing her Doctorate in Leadership and Learning in Organizations at Vanderbilt University (because yes, she really really loves school).

Outside of work, Elona’s heart is full with her family—her twin boys and husband, Nick. A lifelong learner, she’s always exploring her next academic adventure, though her husband might humorously remind her of the cost of it all!
