Currently serving as Director of Educational Technology at Colorado Academy, Dr. Farmer leads comprehensive professional development initiatives for 150+ faculty members and plays a key role in senior leadership, including co-leading the school's Strategic Planning process and developing institutional AI policy. She has designed and delivered both synchronous and asynchronous training programs, established instructional coaching frameworks, and built collaborative systems that bridge technology integration with pedagogical excellence.

Previously, as Director of Online Student Programs and Director of Teaching and Learning at EXPLO, Dr. Farmer pioneered online learning strategies, managed curriculum development for 100+ courses, and led cross-functional teams spanning admissions, technology, and operations.
